It’s really easy to do, too. With the built in functionality you are asked to choose a single or multiple region before posting your Tweet and thanks to Twitter’s API, which makes sure that the tweet only appears before the followers in the country you’re trying to reaching.

It’s important to note, also, that the tweet won’t appear in your brand’s Twitter timeline unless that account itself is located in one of the targeted countries.
